As RadarOnline.com reported earlier, Lohan has failed a court-ordered drug test, just three weeks after getting out of rehabilitation.
She reportedly returned a dirty test for cocaine.
Lohan now faces the possibility of return trip to lockup.
According to the terms of Lohan's probation, she will get 30 days in jail for a positive test.
