Charlie Sheen is speaking candidly about Lindsay Lohan and her struggle to overcome substance abuse -- in an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com.
Sheen, who was at Blizz Frozen Yogurt in Los Angeles’ Wednesday to create his own yogurt flavor, “Two-and-a-Half Toppings”, said he has nothing but hope for Lindsay’s recovery.
“I think she’s doing the best that she can," he told RadarOnline.com reporter Katie Rhames.
"It’s not easy to begin with… but then you put it under the bright lights of this circus and it makes it that much more difficult.

Sheen, who has seen his own battle with substance abuse, recently became a father-in-law when his eldest daughter Cassandra, 25, married her high school sweetheart in a private family ceremony in Santa Barbara.
