EXCLUSIVE: Martin Short's Wife Died After Three Year Battle With Ovarian Cancer

Martin Short's wife died after going into respiratory arrest, following a three year battle with ovarian cancer, RadarOnline.com has learned.

The actor's partner of 30-years, Nancy Dolman Short, passed away last month at the age of 58.

According to Nancy’s death certificate, she was in respiratory arrest for five minutes, but had been suffering from cancer for three years.

It also reveals that she had an oophorohysterectomy, meaning her uterus and ovaries were removed, in 2007, not soon after she was diagnosed with the disease.

The certificate from the Los Angeles Department of Public Heath confirms reports that she died on August 21st 2010 at 1:55pm.

It also states that she died at the family home in Pacific Palisades.

The private family decided to keep her health problems secret from the media until she sadly lost her battle with the illness.
