PHOTOS: Rihanna Gets New Neck Ink

Rihanna has some new ink – and RadarOnline.com has the photos to prove it.

The singer was caught leaving her New York City hotel Tuesday with the words "Rebelle Fleur" written across the left side her neck.

"Rebelle Fleur" means “Rebel Flower” in French.

RiRi has up to 15 tattoos in total, including an arrangement of stars on the back her neck.

Somehow we think there will be more to come!
