Reality TV star Kendra Wilkinson is showing the world how she's gone from the maternity ward to a bikini body in her new fitness DVD Be A Knockout With Kendra and RadarOnline.com has the photos for you.
The Girls Next Door star, recently at the center of a sex tape scandal, is seen working out her svelte post-baby body in an outdoor setting using mats and a giant workout ball. The DVD, which also features celebrity trainer Nicky Hollander, showcases Kendra's instructional touch through a gauntlet of drills, push-ups, and sports.
Wilkinson and Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Hank Baskett were married June 27, 2009, at the Playboy Mansion. They welcomed their first child, Hank IV, into the world last December.
