Let the drama begin.
Celebrity Rehab 4 has started filming, and RadarOnline.com's cameras were rolling as well for the exclusive first sighting connected to the VH-1 reality TV hit.
EXCLUSIVE: Celebrity Rehab 4 Starts Filming As Cameras Follow Jason Davis
Davis, the paunchy grandson of the late billionaire business ace Marvin Davis, arrived at the restaurant at around 9:15 p.m. with his pretty fiancée, Michelle Haugo.
When we asked him about involvement in the show, Davis told RadarOnline.com, "Do I have to talk about that?" to which his fiancée said, "Yes," so he did.
Davis told us exclusively he'd be on the program because "it's a good thing to do.”
It's a “fresh start," Davis told us exclusively. "Always a good start in life."
When we told Jason some of his rehab peers slated for Dr. Drew Pinsky's patient roster this season -- reality TV wunderkind Tila Tequila, Playboy Playmate Shauna Sand and The Pointer Sisters singer Bonnie Pointer have been announced, so far -- he told us the show "sounds like fun" and “should be interesting.”
While some media outlets reported that the fourth season of VH-1's Celebrity Rehab had stalled due to a lack of celebs, RadarOnline.com saw that cameras are already capturing footage for the coming season.
When we asked Davis about his pending marriage to Haugo, the taciturn socialite turned to his fiancée and said, "This is the only person I love in my life," not a huge shock, as Davis has had public falling-outs with friends and family following his hospitalization in January for his drug problem.
He created headlines and controversy when Tom Arnold tried to help him -- and instead got caught in a vicious backlash of accusations. Davis' mother Nancy Davis told RadarOnline.com at the time about Jason: "My son is an addict."
Arnold was directed by the family to try to get Davis help, and instead was accused of wrongdoing by Davis, and others with him.
When we pressed Davis for further details about his upcoming wedding, he told us, "You'll just have see, wont you? It’s the element of surprise."
