EXCLUSIVE: Celebrity Rehab 4 Starts Filming As Cameras Follow Jason Davis

Celebrity Rehab 4 has started filming and has the exclusive first sighting.

Jason "Gummy Bear" Davis was accompanied by a camera crew as we caught up with him Thursday night outside famed Los Angeles restaurant Mr. Chow's.

Davis, the paunchy grandson of the late billionaire business ace Marvin Davis, arrived at the restaurant at around 9:15 p.m. with his fiancée Michelle Haugo. He told that he didn't know any of his castmates and when we recited a few of names of people we know have joined the cast, Davis only said they were "interesting!"

Some of the celebrities confirmed for Dr. Drew Pinsky's patient roster: reality TV wunderkind Tila Tequila, Playboy Playmate Shauna Sand and The Pointer Sisters‚ Bonnie Pointer.

While some media outlets have reported that the fourth season of VH-1's Celebrity Rehab had stalled due to a lack of celebs, saw that cameras are already capturing footage for the coming season.

Davis was hospitalized in January for his drug problem. He created headlines and controversy when Tom Arnold tried to help him and instead got caught in a vicious backlash of accusations. Davis mother Nancy Davis told at the time about Jason: "My son is an addict."

Arnold was directed by the family to try to get Davis help and instead was accused of wrongdoing by Davis and others with him.

On Thursday, when asked about his wedding plans with Haugo, the taciturn socialite told us he had some, but wouldn't go into detail about it at this time.
