Janine Lindemulder will take any kind of drug test to prove that she is fit to see her daughter Sunny James, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
An attorney for Jesse James and James' ex-wife head back to Family Court in Orange County, California on Friday morning because James does not believe she should be allowed to see their 7-year-old daughter.
The pair seemed to have reached a truce when Commissioner Thomas Schulte granted the former porn star more visits with Sunny on Tuesday before their July 12 custody hearing, but Sandra Bullock’s estranged husband is now refusing to hand Sunny over.
EXCLUSIVE: Jesse James' Ex-Wife Splits With Husband To Pursue Custody Claim
A source close to the situation exclusively told RadarOnline.com: “It’s true Janine will be back in court after Jesse refused to allow her to see Sunny yesterday and today.
“She is totally clean and will take any kind of drugs test, hair, blood or urine, to prove that this is the case.
“Janine thought that everything was going to be okay, but if Jesse is going to provide any evidence in court then it will have to be a forgery because she has not been taking drugs.
“She is determined to stand-up to him and fight for her rights to see Sunny.”
On Tuesday, court appointed attorney Loni Klein -- who represents the best interests of Sunny in the matter -- raised concerns that Lindemulder may have been abusing prescription drugs since she was released from prison recently for tax evasion.
These claims were refuted by Lindemulder’s attorney Richard Masson who also claimed that his client was clean and had passed all her recent drugs tests.

Commissioner Schulte then ordered all the parties into closed chambers so that he could discuss the case in private.
James’s lawyer John Schilling had said that his client was open to allowing Sunny to see her mom but that they wanted monitored visits.
After both parties left court on Tuesday they remained tight-lipped about the deal which seems to have floundered in recent days.
RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed that Lindemulder had split with her convicted felon husband Jeremy Aikman after getting out of prison because she did not want that relationship to ruin her chances of getting 50-50 custody of Sunny restored.
