The Mallrats star, who was allegedly kidnapped and forced to smoke crack, has a warrant out for his arrest, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the details surrounding the warrant.

In January, London was charged with driving without a license. Two months later, a bench warrant was issued because he didn't appear at his hearing.
RadarOnline.com has learned the 7th Heaven and Party Of Five star has a turbulent driving record that led to the warrant, and we've obtained pictures to prove it.
Our photos show the dark blue SUV abandoned at the Ramada Inn in Palm Springs, California.
Exposed wires are coming out of the car under the ignition switch. Junk, including old bills and a belt, are discarded on the floor of the backseat.

Here are the series of events leading to Jeremy ditching the car:
- Jeremy was driving his car with an expired license plate, which results in a traffic ticket
- The vehicle was towed when Jeremy was caught driving with a suspended license.
- Once Jeremy got the car out of the impound yard, he couldn't drive it because there was a warrant for his arrest.
- The fallen star was staying at the Ramada Inn, and when he checked out, he left the car there.
