Troubled Party of Five star Jeremy London begged a neighbor to wash his cars to earn some extra cash, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

In an exclusive video interview, London's neighbor, Cameron Khoie , a car salesman, says he allowed the actor to work for him after his marriage crumbled, and his debts spiraled out -of -control.

As RadarOnline.com was first to report, London was the victim of a bizarre abduction and robbery incident in Palm Springs on June 10.

Only hours after we broke the news of London's saga, RadarOnline.com went to the West Hills, California bungalow that London used to live in with estranged wife Melissa Cunningham and son Lyrik London, 3, and found it totally abandoned with neighbors saying that it had now gone into foreclosure.

Khoie exclusively  told RadarOnline.com: “It’s sad, Jeremy is a nice guy but he seems to have fallen on hard times.

“He asked me if he could clean cars at my house to earn some extra cash,  and if he could borrow a car but I didn’t want any trouble.

“Somebody came by the house around ten days ago, and then left, but I haven’t seen him in around four months,  and he didn’t look to good.

“He originally spent a lot of money on the place but now it’s just a mess. His wife was living there with their young son and an ex-boyfriend after she and Jeremy split.

“Sometimes, he would come and visit and then she moved-out around a year ago,  and he would live there himself on and off.

“It’s sad to hear about the incident in Palm Springs.  I hope he will be okay.”

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, London, 37, was attempting to change a flat tire on his vehicle when a man stopped to help him, outside the Bahama Hotel & Apartments on North Palm Canyon Drive, late on the evening of Thursday, June 10.

Sergeant Steve Douglas, from Palm Springs Police Department, told RadarOnline.com the kidnapper forcibly took London -- who played Griffin Holbrook on the hit FOX series Party of Five and Chandler Hampton on 7th Heaven -- and drove him around in his own vehicle, while terrorizing him at gun point.

Brandon Adams was arrested on June 11 and booked on multiple charges including kidnapping, possession of stolen property and vehicle theft.
