Gary Coleman’s former lover will seek a restraining order against his ex-wife, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Anna Gray, the TV star’s former girlfriend who he named as executor and sole beneficiary of his estate in a 2005 will, will go before a Utah judge Monday to ask for an immediate restraining order against Shannon Price.
Gray claims Price, 24, is “invading Gary’s home and disposing of his property”, according to her attorney Randy Kester.
“She has no right to his things,” Kester told RadarOnline.com in an exclusive interview.
“I would not have cared one bit if she went into his house and took her personal things, but I understand... nothing is left in the home beyond Gary’s bed and his clothing.
“She has taken all his personal papers, evidence and other belongings.
“That is completely disrespectful and a further indication of what her objectives are.”
As RadarOnline.com revealed, Gray was the TV star’s former live-in girlfriend.
She will not appear personally at a hearing Monday in Provo’s 4th District Court to discuss Coleman's affairs.
Instead, Kester will file the motions along with a request to the court that Coleman be cremated.
Price and her agent, Shielia Erickson, were caught entering Coleman’s Santaquin, Utah, home after his death.
Local television crews caught Erickson later handing over what looked like mail and other documents to Price, who sat in a waiting car.
In a seperate incident, Price also went into the home and took many of Coleman’s personal belongings, including, computers, telephones, musical instruments and furniture.
They also took a 2005 Dodge pick-up truck.
Police reportedly convinced Price’s father Dale to return all of that to the house instead of facing charges.
