EXCLUSIVE: Did 'Real NJ Housewife' Danielle Staub Leak Her Own Sex Tape?
June 11 2010, Published 7:49 a.m. ET
Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Danielle Staub doesn't seem bothered by the impending release of a sex tape because, according to some close to her, she could have been behind the leak despite insisting the tape was “stolen” from her.
But rival housewife Jacqueline Laurita tweeted on Tuesday: “Heard from a VERY reliable source that D released her OWN sex tape. Heard it’s disgusting. Such disregard 4 her kids. I feel horrible 4 them.”
As RadarOnline.com revealed, Hustler Inc. was given the 75-minute tape from a California production company.
However, neither that production company Tru Filth or Hustler Inc. will reveal how the tape moved from camera to a distributor.

“Danielle Staub has been in frequent contact with the executives of the distributor Hustler," is all a Hustler Inc. spokesperson would tell RadarOnline.com. "We continue to aggressively pursue the marketing of the tape and from our understanding she has no plans to pursue a cease and desist.”
Staub, who was arrested by FBI agents for her role in a kidnapping plot that stemmed from a botched cocaine deal in 1986, supposedly filmed the scandalous video last September.
