A fresh faced and clean-cut looking Robert Pattinson dishes to Ellen DeGeneres Wednesday on her daytime talk show about the reason behind his new buzz haircut and RadarOnline.com has all the details.
“I got a terrible infestation of nits and had to shave it all off,” Robert joked with Ellen about head lice, which are commonly called nits in Europe. “They’re not called nits here?”

All joking aside, Robert explained that his three-day-old buzz cut was for a new movie he’s filming in Los Angeles. “It’s about a circus in the 1930’s based on a book called Water For Elephants… with Reese Witherspoon,” he said.
Ellen is known for persuading her guests to dance, but Robert explained he’d already had a stint in dancing. “I did ballet until I was ten. And then I realized I was a guy, and the only guy in the class,” Robert divulged. “When you’re the only guy in the class in a little black leotard and black jeans dancing to the Batman theme tune when everyone else is doing proper ballet, that only lasts so long. I don’t think you can go past ten.”
