Playing off her smash hit I Kissed A Girl, Katy Perry had a sweet smooch with pal DJ Mia Moretti at the popchips game room at The Music Lounge. While the rumor at the festival was that the weekend was Katy's bachelorette bash, one Perry pal nixed it saying, "there are so many rumors here this weekend, including that one."

Mischa Barton also paid a visit. "She was so sweet," an onlooker said. "She has a bad rap but was totally really nice and generous. She happily autographed items for charity." Though she showed up to the Sunday popchips lounge in a bizarre red wool overcoat, on Saturday she had opted for more desert-friendly gear, showing up at Diesel's 2nd Annual Brunch in a striped cotton ensemble.

Taking a less public approach to the music festival, Kate Bosworth and Alexander Skarsgard played it coy, a source tells RadarOnline.com. They got some select swag sent to their room, allegedly to keep from getting photographed together by paparazzi. Skarsgard was even spotted getting testy with some photographers and had to get restrained by the police.

The Hills star Kristin Cavallari suffered a scare on Sunday as well when she thought she lost her phone. Thankfully, she found it amidst the chaos of the music lounge and was later spotted snacking on barbecue popchips before heading back out to the festival grounds.

Over at the 944 Magazine and Armani Exchange Neon Carnival, Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton and Camilla Belle enjoyed some old-school carnival fun while Josh Hartnett went down the giant slide and Kellan Lutz played bumper cars with pals.

Newly single Abbie Cornish also enjoyed the festivities, even hitting the dance floor like Hayden Panettiere and Jamie-Lynn Sigler in a VIP both where there was plenty of CIROC Ultra Premium Vodka flowing. Also making a cameo at the carnival? David Hasselhoff! He was seen riding Harry & David's "Moose Munch" mechanical moose as his daughter cheered him on.
