Redmond O'Neal had a progress report in a Los Angeles courtroom Wednesday and Judge Michael Tynan gave exuberant praise to O'Neal. "You are doing very well. I have high hopes for you." Redmond is still at Impact in Pasadena, a residential drug treatment program.
