Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck will be able to sleep easier at night now after their alleged stalker was sent to a mental institution on Tuesday.

Jane Robison, spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office tells, "Steven Richard Burky, pleaded no contest today to two counts of felony stalking. Judge Katherine Mader then found him not guilty by reason of insanity and sentenced him to Patton State Hospital.
