Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck will be able to sleep easier at night now after their alleged stalker was sent to a mental institution on Tuesday.

Jane Robison, spokesperson for the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office tells RadarOnline.com, "Steven Richard Burky, pleaded no contest today to two counts of felony stalking.
