After only a few test shots, famed celebrity photographer Harry Langdon knew that a 15-year-old Angelina Jolie would be a big star.  RadarOnline.com has the photos of the pouty teenager, who showed up for her photo session alone after her father, Jon Voight, suggested it.

These rare photos of a teenage Angelina Jolie are part of an auction by Profiles in History being sold by collectors Michael H. Epstein and Scott E. Schwimer on March 26 and March 27.

“I admire her for coming alone,” Langdon told RadarOnline.com. “Daddies, mommies and boyfriends on a photo session can dampen the best performer’s performances.”  Langdon says Angelina “was very confident of herself. She was a real natural.” And at 15, she already knew what image she wanted to project.

“Her smile is beautiful,” says Langdon, “but her best feature is her alluring look.”

“She wasn’t chatty,” he says because she was focused on the shoot.

One of the most memorable shots in the series includes one where she’s in a bathing suit on all fours. Langdon says “When a woman’s in a bathing suit, it’s not very interesting having them standing up and down.” When he noticed she “had an animalistic quality,” he asked her to get on all fours. “Not everybody can do that. you have to be agile and slim and have good knees.”
