As a newly single Scott Disick parties around the globe in a seemingly carefree spree, his loved ones are terrified for his well-being, sources tell RadarOnline.com.

Longtime friends “are really worried about him,” an insider reveals to RadarOnline.com. “They are all just praying he won’t die.”

Most concerning, adds the pal, is that the 32-year-old rehab vet is jet-setting without a single friend by his side.

“He doesn’t have his usual guys with him,” the source explains. “He’s truly all alone.”

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the reality star spent all weekend raging at booze and cocaine-fueled bashes in the Miami area with teen girls he had just met.

Earlier in the week, he canoodled with fashion stylist Chloe Bartoli, 25, and bikini babes in Monaco and France.

Meanwhile, former partner Kourtney Kardashian, 36, is home in Los Angeles caring for their three young children. Though she’s humiliated and heartbroken by his outrageous behavior, Kardashian and her famous family still care about the troubled star’s health, another source insists.

“Everyone is scared that Scott will overdose and die,” says an insider close to the Kardashian-Jenner clan of Disick, who was notoriously rushed to a Hamptons, New York hospital after downing alcohol and pills last summer. “The family has been on Scott watch for years now, especially after he almost died last year in Southampton.”

“He already lost his family, and if he keeps going the way he is going, he will lose his life.”
