An insider close to the SURver told RadarOnline.com exclusively that Shay was at the SLS Hotel with Valletta, and introducing him as her boyfriend!
The couple has been spotted together at Universal Studios, and Shay even teased a photo of the pair on her Instagram story from one of their trips.
Shay, 31, has been dating Valletta, 35, for months — and even celebrated the holidays with his family.

The reality star confirmed that she was in a relationship to Andy Cohen on Watch What Happens Live just weeks ago, saying that Cohen met the "very tall" man before the show and that he isn't a "secret to her friends."
Shay's divorce is currently pending a judge's approval.
Shay's rep told RadarOnline.com that she is just friends with Valletta.
