The war for singer Prince's $300 million-dollar estate has begun! RadarOnline.com has learned that his sister, Tyka Nelson, filed documents in Minnesota probate court today, April 26, asking to be named "special administrator" of his estate.
As Radar reported, the singer had no will when he died at the age of 57 on April 21.
With no children to act as legal heirs, his estate is set to be divided equally among his half brothers and sisters: Tyka, Alfred, Corrine, John, Sharon, and Omar.
Tyka wants the court to name her the equivalent of what an executor would be, if he had had a will.
