Jersey Shore star Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has hit on hard times since his 15 minutes of fame expired. Though he just settled a lawsuit over bounced checks, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that he was recently hit with a $67,000 judgement in another lawsuit brought on by his former attorney over failing to pay his bills.

After Sorrentino shot to fame on the MTV reality show, he was hit with a $1 million dollar lawsuit by his ex-management firm Gotham Casting. They accused The Situation of not paying them a percentage of the fees owed to them per their deal. The reality star counter-sued the company saying they lied about their connections in the industry and did nothing to further his career.

The parties eventually settled the case out of court. During the course of the legal battle, The Situation was represented by attorney Jeffrey M. Movit, who works at the law firm Mitchell Silberberg & Knupp LLP, and he filed a suit against him in New Jersey claiming he never paid them for their services.

Now RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Sorrentino was slapped with a judgment in the case in the amount of $67,459.14 plus $240 in court costs. The amount has yet to be paid off by The Situation and it is still active in NJ Court.
