Love Ranch owner Dennis Hof tells Wendy Williams Wednesday that Lamar Odom spent $75,000 at his brothel, and that the ex-NBA star admitted to previous partying.

"Lamar wanted a long period of time" with the escorts, and "gave the girls $75,000 but he planned on being there a long time -- at least five days," adding that "it would have ended up being like ten days by the time he left."

Hof, of HBO's Cathouse fame, stressed that he had the adult establishment has a strict no drug policy, and that while the former L.A. Laker admitted to him that he'd been getting high leading up to his visit, he swore he hadn't brought any contraband with him.

"Everybody knows his history ... he promised he wouldn't have any," Hof said, noting, "I want to take him at his word, although we all know that drug addicts lie."

Hof continued, "He was very honest -- he said, 'I've been partying in Vegas. I had done some coke on Saturday. I didn't bring any with me out of respect to Dennis and his business.'"

The businessman said that he "hoped that Odom was honest and that wasn't the cause of it because he doesn't need his name ruined anymore."

Hof -- who told the Kardashians to "go to hell" after they told him not to speak with the media Wednesday -- said that the herbal Viagra that the former L.A. Clipper and Laker consumed at the establishment is "very common" and sold at "every gas station" and "truck stop.

"They call it an erectile dysfunction thing but I think it's more about energy, it's like doing multiple energy drinks at the same time in my mind," he said.

Hof praised Odom as an "entertaining," "fun," "sensitive" guy, adding, "Everybody at my place just loved him."

Odom remains in critical condition at a Las Vegas hospital after he was found face down and passed out in the establishment Tuesday.

The interview airs on the The Wendy Williams Show Thursday.
