Baby In Danger? Admitted Child Molester Josh Duggar Will NOT Be Investigated By DHS After Birth Of Second Daughter
Josh Duggar may have confessed to “wrongdoing” after released police records accused him of sexually molesting five minor females, including at least two of his sisters, when he was a teenager. But the father of four, who welcomed daughter Meredith Grace with wife Anna, 27, this past weekend, will not be questioned following the new addition.
RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that Arkansas’ Department of Human Services is not planning a visit to the disgraced former lobbyist’s home.
In cases similar to that of 27-year-old Duggar— who was not convicted of any crimes in relation to the scandal due to statute of limitation laws— the DHS would only investigate the household if a person called the child abuse hotline with legitimate concerns, the agency explains to Radar.
"There are certain screening criteria," a department employee explains.
Duggar, who also has daughter Mackynzie, 5, and sons Michael, 4, and Marcus, 2, was accused of "fondling" the young female victims’ private areas while they were sleeping in recently uncovered 2006 police reports.

Since the abuse allegedly occurred between 2002 and 2003, he was never charged with a crime.
