Jenelle Evans is a wanted woman.
According to a police report obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, the Teen Mom 2 star, 23, has a warrant out for her arrest after she allegedly assaulted her ex fiancé, Nathan Griffith, last night in his Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, home.
Griffith, the father of Evans' 10-month-old son Kaiser, spoke with cops around 12:30 am after he claims the MTV queen showed up unannounced at his residence, calling from a blocked number and threatening to damage his car.
When Griffith met her outside, he says she began "slapping, punching, and trying to kick" him down the stairs.
Evans, who publicly struggled with heroin addiction in the past, appeared to be drunk.
"The victim stated he could smell alcohol coming from the offender's person and suspected the offender of being intoxicated," the report states.
Griffith said she then began hitting him in the face, choking him, "digging her nails into his back" and "clawing the back of his neck."
Once Griffith locked himself inside, Evans allegedly began screaming "He won't give me back my son!"
According to cops, Griffith suffered scratches and bruises in the altercation, which were photographed as evidence.
The 27-year-old father is seeking a restraining order against his ex, who is wanted for first degree criminal domestic violence.
Evans, however, turned to Twitter to give her own version of last night's events.
"Nathan ran over Jenelle with his truck before the incident in the police report," her public relations page reads.
