A judge has ordered troubled actress Estella Warren to pack her things and vacate her two-bedroom Los Angeles rental, according to court documents obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

A man named Jack Bitton filed a complaint against the 39-year old Planet of the Apes star back in September for skipping out on her $2,895 monthly rent. According to the complaint, Warren agreed to pay her rent every 11th of the month. The actress with a lengthy rap sheet was sent a three-day notice on Sept. 22, 2017 to pay a total of $3,068.70, which included late fees, or vacate the home.

Warren filed a response in October that said she refused to pay the rent because Bitton "breached the warranty to provide a habitable premises,” claiming the home was infested with insects and was in complete disrepair.

According to court documents obtained by Radar, Warren said the paint and plaster in the home was peeling, and the house had defective plumbing and electrical wiring, missing smoke detectors, lead hazards and mold. The actress also said the home was infested with roaches and rodents, and she overpaid for utilities.

“Plaintiff has failed to plead specific facts for malice,” Warren wrote in her response.

A judge on November 17, 2017, however, found the case in favor for Bitton and cancelled the rental agreement.

Warren then filed a motion challenging the judgement, but on December 21, 2017 the judge ordered Warren to vacate the home by Jan. 5, 2018. In California, the County Sheriff’s Department enforces lockout dates, so if Warren doesn’t leave before then, deputies would be knocking on her door.

Waren had a difficult year, she was arrested for throwing cleaning fluid at her boyfriend in May, with cops hauling her off to jail and booking her for misdemeanor domestic violence. She paid the $20,000 bail to get released from jail. In 2011 the actress was arrested for DUI.
