More than one year before The National ENQUIRER would reveal Charlie Sheen's HIV cover-up, Hollywood executives discussed the open secret in an email leaked by Sony hackers.
RadarOnline.com has viewed the email, sent on March 10, 2014, which referred to Sheen as "a drug addict and HIV positive." The author expressed doubt that he'd be able to complete filming for Anger Management. It was released as part of the massive Wikileaks data dump earlier this year.
Recipients of the email included John Weiser, the President of U.S. distribution for Sony Pictures Television, Jamie Erlicht the President of U.S. programming and production for Sony Pictures Television, and Zack Van Amburg, President of U.S. programming and production for Sony Pictures Television.
As RadarOnline.com reported, 50-year-old Sheen's HIV-positive status has been an open secret for years, finally revealed by The National ENQUIRER Monday morning. Sheen spent $10 million to cover up the news, according to The ENQUIRER.
