Catelynn Lowell has been unable to kick her bad habit despite a 30-day stint in rehab. In a Teen Mom OG sneak peek, Lowell confessed she is still smoking weed amid her marital issues with husband Tyler Baltierra.
In the clip, Lowell explained how she has been able to cope with her anxiety and depression since her treatment.
"I learned a lot of crap everyday," she told her husband and mother-in-law Kim. "We had classes and stuff you had to go to. I haven't had a trigger."
But Kim didn't buy it, as she told Lowell, "I could've sworn the other day you were high. You've been smoking haven't you?"
Lowell responded, "It's something I probably won't talk about because I don't want the whole world to know."
A shocked Kim then asked her son if he would be strong enough to tell his wife that she shouldn't be smoking.
"I have kept my mouth shut," he admitted. "Cause she's responsible for her and I'm responsible for me."
The cryptic response comes after an extended trailer for the current season exposed the couple's marital issues.
"I feel like my mental illness ruins everything," Lowell said. "My life would be so much better if I wasn't around."
