Don't mess with perfection! RadarOnline.com has learned that Caitlyn Jenner has completed all of the surgeries she planned for her transition to womanhood, and will now begin living freely as a woman.
"Caitlyn is finished with the transformation, and is thrilled to be done with the surgical procedures. It has been a very long road for Caitlyn, and she is ready to step out in public as a woman," a source told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
After Monday's big Vanity Fair cover reveal, fans got another glimpse at the woman she has become in a preview for her upcoming E! docuseries, I Am Cait.
In the sneak peek, which takes place in her hometown of Malibu, Calif., the 65-year-old Vanity Fair cover girl again delves into how she took her destiny into her own hands, as she applies her makeup and chats with friends.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Caitlyn had breast implants, facial feminization, and gender reassignment surgery all within the last few months.
