Brooke Mueller's House In Foreclosure! Charlie Sheen 'Massively Behind' In Payments

Just weeks after Brooke Mueller learned Charlie Sheen is trying to slash her child support payments, the rehabbing would-be starlet was served another nasty surprise from her HIV-positive ex. Multiple insiders told RadarOnline.com exclusively that Mueller's L.A. home is in foreclosure.
"Brooke's house is in foreclosure," an insider told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "She received a letter stating that the bank is taking possession in April."
Sheen bought the $4.8 million home in L.A.'s Mulholland Estates in 2012, for Mueller and twin sons Bob and Max, 6, to live in. It has five bedrooms, a home theater, a swimming pool, and a fireplace in the master suite. In November, sources told RadarOnline.com that Sheen sent Mueller a letter asking her and the boys to vacate within five weeks because he wanted to sell the property.
Mueller, 38, did not leave. And now, an insider claimed, "Charlie is letting it go into foreclosure so a third party close to him can swoop in and buy it dirt cheap."
As RadarOnline.com reported, court documents recently filed by Sheen, 50, suggest that he could certainly use the cash. Earlier this month he filed to slash child support to both Mueller and his ex, Denise Richards, claiming he has only $2,090,000 in cash and checking accounts, and nearly $13 million in debts.
He also claimed his most recent monthly income was $0.
A rep for Sheen called the allegations "bullsh*t," and insisted, "The house is in escrow."
Story developing.
