Broken Home! Beyonce Wants Out Of L.A. Rental As Jay Z Cheating Scandal Explodes

Jay Z likely accumulated 99 more problems this week after his wife Beyonce freshly squeezed some serious bitterness into their already broken marriage!

After the 46-year-old rap mogul's alleged cheating was exposed Queen Bey's newest album, Lemonade, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that that fractured superstar couple is at war over their broken home.

In Oct. 2015, Beyonce, 34, hubby Jay Z, 46, and four-year-old daughter, Blue Ivy moved into a $150,000 a month, 20,000 square foot rental mansion equipped with five bedrooms in Bel Air.

Almost immediately after, they were said to be having blowout fights and sleeping in separate bedrooms behind the closed doors of the mansion!

Now, just six-months in to their stay, "Bey and Jay are just not in agreement with what to do with the house now," a source close to the couple told Radar. "She said that it makes no sense for them to rent that house for that much money if you are not going to live in it." And she will be on her Formation World Tour all summer.

"Beyonce really wants Jay Z just to drop everything he is doing and go on tour with her," the source told Radar.

"But he does not want to go anywhere and move anything. Jay Z is all about staying in that Bel Air house until their contract is up."
