Ben Affleck is dating Christine Ouzounian, a nanny he and Jennifer Garner hired to watch their three kids in the wake of the couple's split this summer.
In his first romance since the breakup, the 42-year-old hunk is linked to Ouzounian, a 28-year-old beauty who's worked as a nanny in California, US Weekly reports.
The Hollywood couple hired Ouzounian to watch their three children (Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3) as they were in the midst of a separation leading to their divorce announcement last month.

A bond developed between the Good Will Hunting star and Ouzounian as "they were very flirty" when in each other's company, an Ouzounian insider said.
"They would hang out without the kids," according to the insider.
Ouzounian, a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in communications, was working for a Beverly Hills agency when hired by the power couple.
Affleck's reps have been quick to deny the reports, as they told Mail Online that the claims were "garbage," while telling US Weekly, "All allegations of a romantic relationship are baseless and untrue."
