Machat, who has been friends with the family since the late 1970's, claims that couple first got together not out of love, but in an effort to mess with Sharon's dad, Don Arden – who was managing Black Sabbath at the time.

"When Sharon decided she hated her father, what Sharon did was she basically took Ozzy and created a relationship with him," Machat told RadarOnline.com. The former entertainment attorney said that her problem with Arden possibly began after he started dating a much younger woman.

But as RadarOnline.com reported, Machat insists that Sharon isn't really divorcing Ozzy.

"She's not divorcing him – that's her beast to burden. It's like an ox. That ox lives to be your burden – it does everything for you," he explained. "You ride it, so she rode Ozzy and got to become a very wealthy woman being the manager of Ozzy and having his children."
He also alleges that rumors of the 67-year-old rocker's extramarital affair with L.A.-based hair stylist Michelle Pugh are false.

"I don't think he's capable of having an affair. He's not all there. He wasn't all there when they met him," Machat claimed. "When I met Ozzy, he was sitting in my room and Ozzy looked at me and said to me, 'do you know how f**ked up I am?' and I said 'no, how f**ked up are you?'"

In another bombshell allegation, Machat also claimed that this isn't the first time the rock and roll couple tried to call it quits!

"Late 1999, I believe, I get a call from Don," he told RadarOnline.com. Ozzy called Don – he wanted to divorce Sharon. He wanted Don to come protect all the assets. He was at the Beverly Hills Hotel, I believe, and by the time Donny got down there, Sharon had swooped him up and bought him back. Those two have had problems in the past but we all have problems."

"I do know Sharon is clever enough to make a story that the press would read so all of a sudden he becomes relevant again," Machat told RadarOnline.com. "Everyone wrote it up instead of saying, 'who cares?' I mean Ozzy, I think he was born in '46 or '48, other than running for United States president, what do you do at that age?"
