Scary-Skinny Giuliana Rancic Out With Toddler Son At Farmers’ Market

A week after her gaunt Golden Globes look raised eyebrows, Giuliana Rancic again looked extremely skinny while shopping at the Brentwood Farmers’ Market Sunday with her son Edward Duke.
Giuliana, 40, was out bright and early Sunday to shop at the Brentwood Farmers’ Market.
The body-conscious E! host looked lean as she held her 2-year-old son Edward Duke.
The slender Fashion Police star was in style, wearing an all-black get-up complemented by a white handbag.
Edward Duke was a hip toddler with a backwards baseball cap and cargo pants.
Rancic’s bony arm gets sun, less than a week after her look at the Golden Globes spurred online chatter about her weight.
The celebrity journalist enjoys relative privacy while out among the masses.
Rancic has previously attributed her scrawny look to having “a faster metabolism” than average.
Dr. Michael Salzhauer, MD FACS, who has not treated Rancic, told RadarOnline.com exclusively last month that it looked like Rancic had shed about 10 pounds.
Salzhauer that that while 10 pounds off Rancic’s lean frame “doesn't sound like a lot,” it will negatively impact her BMI (Body Mass Index) when she’s “already a size zero.”
E! sources told RadarOnline.com that Rancic’s weight is the elephant in the room at the network, at times.
"It is so sad,” the E! source said of Rancic’s weight, “and the worst part is that no one is saying anything to her."
The source added that the ambitious Rancic’s never-ending schedule is a hinderance to her health.
E! officials “work her to the bone and she really needs to take some time off to get healthy," the insider said.
While she was all smiles Sunday, the network source said that Rancic’s physical state has impacted her mood: “Latel, she just has this empty stare about her and keeps to herself -- this is not how she always has been."
