Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have officially been cleared by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, after the agency investigated the family after their 13-year-old daughter Willow was seen pictured in bed with 20-year-old actor Moises Arias in an Instagram post last month.

DCFS officials, insiders told RadarOnline.com, took no action against the A-list couple, only advising them to keep close watch on their children’s social media pages to avoid such occurrences in the future.

A source told us that after investigators examined the case and spoke with those involved, they discovered “no evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises, or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused,” adding they found Willow to be “a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady.”

As we previously reported, the public agency began seeking info about the image after receiving an anonymous tip “about the welfare and safety of Willow, based on the contents of the photo,” a source told Radar.

Pinkett Smith, 42, was incensed when grilled about the pic by paps last month, saying that “there was nothing sexual” about the shot of her daughter and Arias, an actor best known for his stint on Hannah Montana as “Rico.”

“You guys are projecting your trash onto it, and you’re acting like covert pedophiles, and that’s not cool,” she said.
