In his first time on the stage since his separation from wife , Robin Thicke opened up to the Fairfax, Va. crowd about his marital problems.
"For y'all that don't know, me and my wife separated, but I'm trying to get my girl back," Thicke said in his first outing after canceling three consecutive shows because of the split. Calling Patton "a good woman," the R&B star launched into his 2006 hit "Lost Without U," the video for which co-starred the stunning actress.
As we preciously reported, Patton, 38, decided to separate from Thicke, 36, after nine years, following a chain of incidents in which the "Give It 2 U" singer simulated sex with Miley Cyrus at this year's VMAs; graphically groped socialite Lana Scolaro at an afterparty the same evening; and was seen in an intimate moment with an unidentified stunner in Paris last month.
Thicke, whose career has exploded with the international hit “Blurred Lines,”, has a 3-year-old son named Julian with his estranged wife.
