Jenelle Evans is not taking any more abuse from her husband of six weeks, Courtland Rogers and to prove it the troubled 21-year-old has filed five assault charges against him RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The pregnant Teen Mom star went to the magistrate in North Carolina Wednesday morning and filed four charges of assault on a female and one charge of battery of an unborn child a source close to the situation confirmed.
As previously reported, Courtland and Jenelle have been arguing since he went out and got drunk with his buddies, leaving Jenelle at home Sunday night.
She Tweeted that she was “heartbroken” over his actions and then shortly after, as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, she was rushed to the hospital after suffering a miscarriage scare.
And now, Jenelle is coming out fighting, filing charges of assault and talking divorce.
Meanwhile, her hubby is vehemently denying things ever got physical between them.
“I did not hit my wife,” Courtland adamantly tells Radar. “This is not true at all.”
The source insists however that Jenelle has bruises on her face which she is claiming are from the alleged assault.
