Taylor Momsen loves to shock, and she’s not letting her fans down with her new spoken word “music” video.
The former Gossip Girl star, who fronts an appropriately named punk rock band called The Pretty Reckless, recorded Under the Water in black and white, with most of it in tight shots of her eyes, hair and hands.
