“Life takes a lot out of us,” Ricki says in her new promo. “Friendship puts it all back in.”
The 43-year-old actress did her first talk show from 1993 until 2004 before taking a hiatus to explore other projects – including a stint on Dancing With The Stars in 2011 and a marriage to Christian Evans in early 2012.
Ricki’s new gig, The Ricki Lake Show, promises to explore the modern day woman with topics ranging from weight loss, health, beauty, parenting, careers, losing love and finding it again.
“Whatever you want to talk about, the conversation begins here,” Ricki says.
And if you can’t wait until September 10 for the debut of her new show, you can visit their official Facebook page on Thursday, July 19 at 5 p.m. ET to watch a live interactive production meeting with Ricki and her team!
