Former reality TV star Lauren Conrad is selling her Hollywood home that was featured on The Hills and RadarOnline.com has a sneak peek inside.
The 26-year-old California native has listed the 3,000 square-foot Spanish-style house for $2.25 million and it boasts 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, hardwood floors and it’s close to the Hollywood nightlife.

But, gasp, it’s not actually in the hills!
The home sits on the flats below Hollywood Boulevard, but includes the guest house where The Hills‘ Audrina Patridge lived while filming part of the show.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lauren downsized and bought a swanky Beverly Hills condo in April for $1.35 million and has been living there ever since.
Her new place has a huge deck, shared pool, gym, entertainment room and 24-hour security.
