He and his wife Robyn have chopped a cool quarter million dollars off their listing price, and are now asking $2,599,000 for the property.

The plastic surgeon and his wife bought the place at the very top of the market, paying $2,730,000.
Assuming they get something close to their new asking price, minus their agent’s commission, the couple is facing a loss of about $300,000. Ouch.
