DWTS Gavin DeGraw Selling Modest Florida ‘Starter Home’: Take A Peek Inside

With the announcement Tuesday that he’s set to compete on the new season of Dancing with the Stars, Gavin DeGraw is moving up in the world — so much so that he’s placed his modest ‘starter home’ on the market.
The singer/songwriter has listed his Hollywood, Florida home for $365,000 and RadarOnline.com has photos, courtesy of our friends at Zillow.com.
According to the property listing, DeGraw is set to make a substantial loss (of 71 percent) on the home as he purchased it for $510,000 in May 2006.
The 1,700 square foot Spanish bungalow style abode was built in 1958 and has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is set on a 0.14 acre lot near downtown Hollywood and lakefront beaches.
The house has large windows throughout and outdoor entertaining areas, perfect for making the most of the sunny Florida climate.
Several updates have been carried out in the hopes of a quick sell including a new roof, fresh paint and a new washer and dryer.
And, if you want to live like a rock star it won’t break the bank -- according to Zillow’s affordability calculator a monthly payment on DeGraw’s home would be a mere $1,338, assuming a 20 percent down payment.
