Don’t worry Gleeks, everyone’s favorite guy will be back for a fourth season of drama, but it may not be “high school” drama.
When Fox’s President of Entertainment Kevin Reilly spoke at Fox’s Television Critics Association winter press tour in Pasadena, California on Sunday, he confirmed that Lea Michele would be returning to Glee, but he didn’t say anything about the other graduating seniors.
Chris Colfer, whose character Kurt is among the graduating seniors, later clarifieid that he will in fact be back too.
“Yes. I'm coming back,” Chris told The Insider. “I'm very excited.”
Last year, Glee creator Ryan Murphy dropped the bombshell news that Colfer, Michele and Cory Monteith would not be returning after season 3, but it looks like there’s been a change of plans.
Colfer revealed a small detail about how their graduation and return will be handled.

“A lot of people are sad there won’t be a spinoff but I think they're going to be very very excited to find out what's in store. I'm very excited by it. Ryan's idea is kind of revolutionary.
“It's the best of both worlds. Everyone is going to like it.”
