The Los Angeles City Attorney and the Los Angeles County District Attorney will ask the judge to formally revoke Lindsay Lohan's probation and send the embattled starlet to jail for at least 90 days, during her court appearance Wednesday, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.

Lilo will be in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner for a probation violation hearing at the LAX Airport Courthouse. The Mean Girls star had her probation revoked two weeks ago by the judge for failure to appear at her court ordered community service program at the Downtown Women’s Center on multiple occasions in connection with her shoplifting case.

The Los Angeles City Attorney has jurisdiction over Lindsay's shoplifting case, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office is handling her probation from her two DUI cases. "It will be a double whammy in court tomorrow as BOTH the DA and the City Attorney will be asking Judge Sautner to formally revoke Lindsay's probation, and sentence her to jail for at least 90 days. Lindsay's lawyer will argue that she is in full compliance with all terms of her probation, and she shouldn't be sent to jail," a source close to the situation tells RadarOnline.com.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Lindsay is ready to put an end to her legal woes. "Lindsay recognizes it's time to have closure on this. Lindsay has several projects we will be announcing in the coming months, and she is looking forward to being back on set," Lohan's rep Steve Honig told RadarOnline.com.

If Judge Sautner determines that Lohan violated her probation, she could send the actress to jail for up to 18 months. Stay tuned to RadarOnline.com for developments on this story.
