Katherine Jackson To Skip Dr. Conrad Murray’s Trial Monday

Katherine Jackson will not attend Monday’s session of the trial of Dr. Conrad Murray, who’s charged with involuntary manslaughter in the death of her son Michael.

Ms. Jackson left Los Angeles for Canada with Michael’s three children, Paris, Prince and Blanket, during the weekend to attend Sunday’s premiere of Cirque du Soleil’s “Michael Jackson: The Immortal World Tour” in Montreal.

A source close to the Jackson family told CNN the matriarch of the Jackson family would not return to the trial at least until October 10, since she will also travel to Cardiff, Wales, for a tribute concert for her late son.
