Lindsay Lohan has broken the law again, but this time it’s just a harmless parking ticket.
The 25-year-old actress was slapped with a parking violation on Thursday afternoon for parking in a red zone in front of a fire hydrant — all while her little sister Ali waited in the backseat with a friend!
Lindsay appeared a little worse for wear, showing off her bruised legs and bleached blonde hair while she visited West Hollywood’s Nine Zero One salon and RadarOnline.com has the photos.
