Simmons strutted to the pitcher’s mound, briefly took off his signature sunglasses before throwing the pitch, and then promptly put the glasses back on. Simmons threw an impressive pitch, and the crowd went wild.

Simmons longtime girlfriend, Shannon Tweed and their daughter, Sophie were also in attendance. According to sources, Chelsea Handler was spotted in the Dugout Club supporting the rock legend, after he was grilled last month on her late night show, Chelsea Lately. Gene also spent time chatting with All-Star player Matt Kemp, and getting a few pointers from the Dodger players.
