EXCLUSIVE: KISS' Gene Simmons Sued By Make-Up Artist For Sexual Assault

A make-up artist for Gene Simmons fired off an explosive lawsuit in which she accuses the KISS front man of sexual assault and sexual battery, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

Victoria Jackson claims she was working at the ESPN Sports Center in November of last year when Simmons approached her –clad in his KISS costume – and said “a lecherous and inappropriate manner, ‘I like you.’ “
According to the filing, Jackson was “surprised by the overtly sexual attention.” She accuses Simmons of grabbing and hugging her, to which she responded “Ouch. You are hurting me.” She states she tried to back away because “his spiked chest was jabbing her in the face.”

However instead of freeing Jackson “from his embrace upon her attempt to break loose, Klein (Simmons real name is Gene Klein), pulled her even closer, tightly, pinning her arms and said, no not yet....defendant started humping her. Klein humped Plaintiff to the extent that she could feel his groin grinding into her."

When Simmons was done, he allegedly said “Aw, That’s better! Now you can go.”
Jackson claims there are witnesses who describe the incident as “degrading, shocking and humiliating.”
She describes Simmons behavior as “vile and inexcusable” and says she has suffered humiliation, shame, embarrassment, anger, anxiety, loss of sleep and depression.
Jackson is seeking over $500k in damages. Jackson is seeking attorney's fees, cost of the lawsuit, and punitive damages.
Simmons filed suit against Jackson on May 14 claiming she wanted money and no assault occurred.
