Prince William visited Australia Saturday. He was in several areas affected by last month’s devastating Cyclone Yasi and the resulting floods, RadarOnline.com is reporting.

William, who is on the first of a three-day tour of the country without his future bride Kate Middleton, visited the Cairns cruise liner terminal where hundreds of local residents had come out to see him.
The Prince seemed in excellent spirits as he chatted warmly with well-wishers and looked smart but casual in a pair of stone colored trousers and a blue shirt.

Sunday’s schedule is for William to tour towns outside Brisbane that were flooded and will then travel out to rural Victoria on Monday.
Earlier this week he visited New Zealand where he took part in a memorial service for people killed in the Christchurch earthquake on February 22.

Kate remained back in England to continue preparations for their upcoming wedding on April 29.
