In a sneak peek of the upcoming season finale of Giuliana & Bill, Giliuana Rancic describes the excruciating pain she felt that landed her in the emergency room after beginning another round of IVF.

Safely home after a panicked visit to the ER, Giuliana calls her mom and sister to describe her scary situation.

“I was screaming at the top of my lungs,” Giuliana tearfully tells her family about how she felt after the latest egg retrieval procedure was performed.

“Everything just went down hill. Nausea, hot, cold, abdominal pain you can’t even imagine in your life.”

She described how she had internal bleeding and they told her she was going to need a blood transfusion.

Her husband Bill Rancic explained to her family that this sometimes happens in the process.

“When they go in to get the eggs they puncture the uterus to get the eggs…sometimes it causes bleeding.”

As she has often said through the process, Giuliana tells Bill this is the last time she is going through this procedure.

“Never again. Can we agree to that?”

Bill agrees, and tells his wife “never again.”
