Dr. Frank Ryan passed away in an unexplained car accident last month after his Jeep veered off the Pacific Coast Highway and plunged down the coast, and RadarOnline.com can reveal his toxicology report is clean.

According to the forensic science lab report, the Beverly Hills plastic surgeon tested negative for any illegal substances or alcohol in his system at the time of death, leaving the circumstances surrounding the August 16th car accident a mystery.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, witnesses at the scene of the accident said Dr. Ryan’s brake lights did not come on at any time, he was not slumped over at all in his seat and there were no signs of distress.
